Kids Fun Run: 1 lap $5 (No T-Shirt) / Age Groups: 6 and Under / 7-8 / 9-10
Location: Amherst Steele High School, 450 Washington Street, Amherst, OH 44001
Course: Start at Amherst Steele High School through Amherst Beaver Creek Metro Park and finish at Amherst Steele Football Stadium – 5K. Refreshments & Music Too!

History of the Race
The first race annual Sprint or Stroll for Soul to Sole 5K Walk/Run was held on August 3, 2008 in Amherst, Ohio. Our 200 participants raised $10,000.
The second annual Sprint or Stroll for Soul to Sole was held on August 2, 2009 with nearly 300 participants raising over $16,000.
The third annual Sprint or Stroll for Soul to Sole was held on June 13, 2010. There were nearly 350 participants and we raised more than $23,000!
